Bright colored stools are indicative of the fact that there might be some blood in the lower section of your digestive tract (Anus, large intestine and rectum). Pale or yellowish stool indicate some sort of an inadequacy of digestive bile after foods are consumed. Brown stools do manifest a human’s normal bile production. Stool shape and consistency on the other hand are clear indicators of how excellent our digestive system tends to function.

Let us all be aware of the fact that healthy stool should only contain 30 percent of undigested materials.
