  • Prepare a hot and aromatic cup of coffee.- As much as possible, do not use an instant kind of coffee. Caffeine, the main ingredient in coffee will stimulate your muscles to keep you awake.
  • Brush your tongue for 60 seconds.-Aside from the sweet and cool taste of your toothpaste to wake you up, you will also get rid of those yucky bacteria inside your mouth.
  • Drink a cup of orange.– According to experts, this will stimulate your brain and will make you awake naturally all day.
