Since I became a web content writer, my body clock will never be the same again. My tedious job requires me to do six articles a day. That is no joke. This is the main reason why my sleeping routine has enormously changed a lot I have to wake up at four in the morning to write and edit my articles in time for its publication on that same day.

But to take care of my health, I made it certain to have at least 6 hours a day in order to avoid the detrimrntal effects of sleep deprivation. Logically, medical experts say that there are prominent signs if we are not having adequate rest. Likewise, if anyone of us is always trying to hit the snooze button then there lies a problem with our sleeping patterns. Thus, a so-called make up sleep means the same thing too. As far as chronic sleepless nights are concerned, it gravely affects your ability to make major decisions for the day. In effect, this will be more stressful on your part most specially in do or die situations. In like manner people whose sleeping clocks are abnormal tend to make decisions so suddenly regardless of its dire consequences. Every person who are suffering from this health dilemma becomes annoying and irritable. Consequently, he or she becomes disoriented with life’s realities. Oftentimes when you have this kind of physiological abnormality illnesses are underway. Given this scenario, you need a daily supply of multivitamins to boost your immune system.

Next, sleep deprivation makes your memory recall poor. This happened to me one time. As such, I immediately modified my sleeping habits from then on. I write in the afternoon and take some precious naps in between to sustain my body with enough will and strength to keep up with my kind of bread and butter on a daily basis. People who have sleeping difficulties have a very lousy motor coordination as compared to those who are very much satisfied of their sleeping regimen. Most importantly, sleep deprivation can cause serious health risks such as heart attack, irregular heartbeat, diabetes, stroke and hypertension. Likewise, this affects one’s sex drive too to a larger extent. It is simply because, the men’s testosterone levels are dramatically decreasing. Also, this has been a culprit when you are experiencing some bouts of depression. To expound, always have this in mind. Insomnia and depression feed on each other. Sleep loss often aggravates the symptoms of depression, and depression can make it more difficult to fall asleep. On the positive side, treating sleep problems can help depression and its symptoms, and vice versa. Sleep deprivation ages your skin. In turn, wrinkles will appear and it will sag and wither over time.
