Turkey Sets a Landmark in Presidential Polls

Every nation the world over marks a tremendous milestone in their unmatched political histories. For the first time in global history,Turkey is going to elect its first ever president via the so-called popular vote. There were three candidates who are vying for the much coveted political seat. Among them are: Current Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan. The other two viable candidates are Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu and Selahattin Demirtas respectively.

As a general rule, if anyone of these candidates failed to get almost 50% of the total number of votes a second round will be held on the 24th day of August 2014. Speaking of the political promises which were made by the incumbent Prime Minister are: He will magnificently transcend the political structure of the government into an executive powerhouse. Based on his political portfolio, he has been an undisputed prime minister of his beloved country since 2003. As for their polling precincts, it will open at 8:00 A,M. local time and will end at exactly 5:00 P.M.

Although the present prime minister of Turkey is projecting a wholesome image of an ideal political figure, there were others who perceived this man as a divisive figure in the extremely intriguing political structure of Turkey. Despite of this very degrading allegation against him, he became popular among his millions of supporters because they have believed that has made their economy more robust than it was before.

Turkey has yet to prove a lot across the world that they have a different type of geopolitics that is not divisive in any way. Whoever wins the game of chance and destiny, should unmistakably prove that it can lead its people towards the road of an endless economic and social order that cannot be compared to any country in the world.
